 In charge of estimating, designing, drawing and executing the requested projects / products within JTF by managing and supervising the production and site teams to ensure the efficiency of production operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS:
 Plan the design and development stages, define responsibilities, resources and deadlines for the implementation of new designs, in coordination with Project Manager
 Prepare and submit for approval to Head of Factory Operations full project portfolio, including preliminary designs, BOQ’s, planning schedule, and shop drawings for accurate and impeccable execution.
 Coordinate with the Project Manager and sales department in accepting sales orders and deciding on deadlines.
 Assume project Manager role by allocating and following-up relevant resources, depending of project nature and size
 Perform daily meeting with the production team to set up the planning and priority of production orders, based on various constraints
 Report to the PM on project phases finalization and on the accomplished work benchmarked against the project plan
 Report to Head of Factory Operations on issues that might affect deadline meeting of production orders
 Compares, chooses, and analyses requested material, and follows the Supply Chain Process in order to ensure compliance of quoted material with possibility of supply. Update all plannings accordingly.
 Communicates with customers, consultants and contractors as required, meets them as needed
 Visits sites and submits site visit reports to PM as needed
 Implement all IT tools in order to minimize human interaction and error during production process
 Manage the stock of metal sheet on a monthly basis
 Increase the efficiency of production in line with preserving the quality of manufactured products
 Correct problems on production line. Keep a log of all corrective needed and undertaken actions.
Feedback to colleagues regarding required design modifications.
 Check manufactured products before the delivery time to ensure meeting customers’ requirements. Take corrective action in case of non-compliance with requirements.
 Plan and follow up the implementation of the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule to identify the equipment due for calibration or for maintenance
 Cross-train production team members for maximum production flexibility
 Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
 Remain updated of new technology that can be used in the production process. Adopt a pro-active approach to increase productivity levels.
Mechanical Engineering degree or related field
Years of experience:

  Strong project management and organizational skills
 Problem solving skills and decision making skills
 Outstanding IT skills (AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit MEP, Office)
 Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
 Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions
